All participants must complete the application form and provide all required information accurately. The Himma team reserves the right to select participants based on their responses and their alignment with the defined selection criteria.

Attendance at the event constitutes consent to the use of photographs, videos, and statements from the event in media and on social media platforms. All intellectual property rights related to such photographs and videos are the exclusive property of the organising entity.

Attendance at the event constitutes consent to release and hold harmless the organising entity and event organisers from any liability for physical, health, material, or moral damages that may arise as a result of the decision to participate.

The organisers reserve the right to modify the trip programme or activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances or logistical changes. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible. If schedules or activity locations need to be adjusted, suitable alternatives will be provided to ensure a good experience for participants.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude any participant who behaves inappropriately or causes disruption to the planned activities, without any refund of fees.

The organising entity is committed to protecting participants’ privacy and maintaining their trust by safeguarding their personal information.

In some cases, personal information is collected automatically and is gathered for specific purposes such as processing applications or sending informational and promotional communications related to the entity’s activities.
